All workshop details at a glance: enlightening and clear

It’s thrilling to introduce enhanced event screen. In two words, it became clearer and more powerful.

To guide your attention swiftly through all available actions the event screen now consists of several separate blocks. Every one of them shows a particular group of event details at glance. You can easily focus on each block for further edit.

Let’s explore deeper:

OVERVIEW still represents main information about the event and provides you with all the useful links for the event itself page, registration page, evaluation page. First things come first. We remember that content is crucial. Therefore, now the description is highlighted as it should be. Nevertheless, all the details like language, type, hours are in place and easily observed from one glance.

ATTENDEES block overviews your workshop audience.

EVENT STATE shows current state and allows you to perform basic actions to your event as confirm, cancel, or copy event overview for further usage.

Once event is confirmed, you got more things to set:

POST-EVENT FEATURES indicates which post-event integrations are in the game. Currently, Slack, MailChimp, follow-ups and post-event emails are supported. More integrations are coming.

EVALUATIONS are the bliss, when the party is over. Here you can easily overview the whole picture and check if any evaluation requires your attention.

Brand new event screen

The main advantage you see more without digging deeper into the settings. At the same time, you can focus on particular block and dive into editing. New intuitive UI helps you to prioritize available options on each event state and optimize the workflow. Moreover, we do think now the event screen looks much more attractive and this can be another good reason to create more workshops.
