Meet Workshop Butler Beta highlights:

All event types in one tool, finally. Workshop Butler supports multiple categories for your events. You can use the system for all kind of workshops you run. Moreover, you can create your own types of events and even grow your own brand.

Centralize the event updates. Integrate the WIDGET into your website and other platforms you use and have a nice overview of the upcoming events. Once you update event details in the system, all the sources are synchronized and show only up to date information.

Registrations are handled by Workshop Butler. Right from the event page the attendee can register to the event via the built-in registration form. No additional setup or external tool is required. You receive an email about every new registrant.

Smart attendees management. At the event screen you can check all the statistics about your participants. The audience details are stored in the system and ready to be included in email blasts or any analysis. All the automate emails and reminders are customizable to be more personal for every attendee.

Collect feedback effectively. Workshop Butler offers the automate reminders for your attendees to share their feedback and confirm evaluations afterward. This allows you to collect the feedback smoothly and safely with less effort. All the evaluations are stored in the system for further analysis and ready to become an endorsement in one click.

Stay in touch with your attendees. Empower your community with personal post-event communication tools. Along with customizable post-event emails, Workshop Butler allows you to connect you Slack and MailChimp account to automatically continue the conversation with your audience after the event.
