Coaching Agile Transitions with LCM

Jason began his career when Cold Fusion roamed the earth. Over the following years, he moved into management, Agile Coaching and consulting. The bumps and bruises collected along the way brought him to the realization that helping organizations adopt Agile practices was less about the practices, and all about change.

In 2008 he attended an experiential learning conference about how people experience change and since then, he's been writing, and speaking, all over the world about helping organizations discover more effective practices for managing organizational change.

Andrew brings a wealth of real-world experience from a variety of industries to his clients. His focus in in supporting groups seeking to organize work to be more responsive to customers in an ever-changing environment. He specializes in lean-inspired, data-informed coaching and facilitation for service and product organizations. 

As an experienced coach and facilitator focused on organizing people and resources to achieve positive results, Andrew has a consistent record of successfully implementing new technology and processes. He’s managed significant process change to support critical business needs. Throughout his diverse career, he has developed and provided various pragmatic problem-solving approaches to resolving dilemmas. 

Andrew combines his experience and expertise with a passion for embracing innovation approaches to organizational challenges.  He is a highly sought-after international speaker, and has presented in Canada, the United States, and Europe. His focus areas include Lean and Agile coaching, mentoring, and teaching, supporting individual and workgroup communication, product management alignment with delivery teams, and both facilitation and coach training.

He has an MBA, and a wide variety of certifications including being an accredited trainer through ICAgile of Agile Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation, and a Certified Facilitator in the Lego Serious Play Method. He is also a Kanban Management Professional (KMP), and an Organizational & Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) graduate.
