And let's e-meet in an informal and fun DIGITAL FIKA video call class, where you catch up with international peers. Fika is a Swedish tradition for an in-between-meals-snack, mostly coffee/ tea and cake or sweets. So, bring your favorite food and drinks and let's learn together.
We meet every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for 4,5 weeks from 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

This is how we do it.

We start with Agile Foundations as a base to learn about agile principles and how to analyse and prepare your company culture for an agile mindset and maybe an organizational shift. 
Then in the Agile Leadership section we go more into detail with leadership specific tools and practices how we can support the shift towards more agility and self-empowered teams. Define your own leadership role and discover, which are the best ways that are transferable into your daily workflow.
Discuss and learn from each other in an international peer group. The aim here is NOT to deliver a frontal seminar telling you one-size-fit-all-models, it is a very PRACTICAL class where you actually learn some models BUT transfer the knowledge and develop your own tailored solutions after that.
