Aaron
McKenna

Aaron is the Commercial Director of McKenna Consultants, a bespoke software development company and agile consultancy based in the UK. Aaron has a wealth of experience of growing agile teams, delivering successful software, developing people and making organisations a nicer place to work. Aaron is dedicated to continual improvement and holds many professional certifications, including:

  • Management 3.0 Licensed Facilitator
  • Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) Program Consultant 4.0
  • BA (Hons) in Business Studies
  • Certified ScrumMaster
  • Advanced ScrumMaster
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • Certified Scrum Professional

Aaron is an experienced agile coach and trainer, demonstrated by receiving a nomination in 2014 for “Best Agile Coach or Mentor – Process” at the 2014 UK Agile Awards. Aaron has personally coached hundreds of people from a range of industries including healthcare, telecommunications, finance and banking, software development, education and travel and tourism. Aaron is also the in house agile trainer for a local University.

Aaron graduated in 2009 with a degree in Business Studies from the Sheffield School of Business (Sheffield Hallam University), showing particular interest in cultural change.
