As innovation and disruption continue to increase, more and more organisations are looking for how to change faster in order to remain competitive. Many of those organisations are looking at agile to do that, but tend to use outdated change management approaches that are not equipped to manage fast-paced change.

This 2-day workshop is designed to show you how to facilitate change using Lean Change Management, a modern approach that takes ideas from the lean startup, agile, organisational development, and change management fields to help you figure out the best approach to the change you’re faced with.

Learning objectives:

  • Understand how to break larger change down into small safe-to-fail increments
  • Bring an exploratory mindset to change management
  • How to reframe ‘resistance to change’ in to a ‘response to change’
  • How to modernize your change management practices
  • Combine ideas from lean start-up, agile, organisation design and change management to develop your own change framework
  • How to use light-weight planning and measurement tools such as change canvases, OKRs, perspective mapping and many more

What you get:

  • The book 'Lean Change Management’, by Jason Little
  • Your own customised Lean Change Agent workbook
  • Recognition as Lean Change Explorer (digital badge)
  • Opportunity to qualify for IC-CAT (coaching agile transformations)
  • Access to the lean change agent network for general support
