Impactful and substantive cultural transformations often begin with individuals, but only thrive and prosper when the idea of empowering each and every person thrives everywhere in the organization.
So how do we as leaders and team members empower individuals to be motivated, content, and connected to deliver their best work?
That's where Management 3.0 comes in. It's the idea that great teams thrive and prosper from managing the system, not the people. Get ready for a new view on professional leadership, as we guide you through the principles of Management 3.0.
During the two-day course, participants will experience theory and practice in small chunks, reflect on inspiring stories, work through fun games and exercises and focused group discussions.
We will review in-depth eight core areas to the Management 3.0 philosophy:
Our goal is to inspire participants and provide them with tools to take action with Agile methodologies to improve their teams and organization.
Anyone who wants to discover the power of Agile, improve their leadership skills, and be a catalyst for change in their organization (i.e. YOU!). Whether you're a Scrum Master, Coach, Manager, HR Professional, or someone who just wants to help make work a better place, you'll get incredible value from this immersive workshop.
The beauty of Management 3.0 is that it can empower ANY and ALL teams practicing Agile frameworks. New to Agile? Not utilizing Agile yet? That's ok - Management 3.0 is the perfect program to start fostering the Agile mindset within an organization.
At the end of the workshop, you'll be energized to make an immediate impact through Agile. We'll make sure you have what you need to hit the ground running. During the workshop, you'll develop:
Most importantly: you will learn how work doesn’t have to feel like work, but more like enjoying the good life.
Management 3.0 is a workshop, a course, a couple of books, and a collection of concrete practices, to inspire managers and team members, who face the challenge of transforming their organizations to an Agile and lean mindset. We achieve this by providing guidance and practices, and by applying new thinking to the craft, art, and science of management and leadership.
