In my trainings I focus on leadership, human (work) relations, communication and motivation. We will try some of the practices and tools directly together, such as Personal Maps, Delegation Poker and Moving Motivators. I encourage the participants of my trainings to an open exchange and see it as my task as a trainer to create the framework for this.
The groups in my trainings are never larger than 12 participants.
My training is spread over 2 days! This gives us the chance to give impulses and share knowledge AND to go directly into the implementation and reflect on the experiences from the practical phase. Therefore there is a week "break" between the two days so that you can do first experiments.
