To survive and thrive in today’s disrupted business space, organizations need the ability to adapt quickly. While many managers and leaders look to agile and scrum, there is little to tell you how to transform into a really adaptive organization.
Coaching Agile Transformations with Lean Change Management is designed to help you learn how to combine change management good practice with the best ideas from agile, lean startup, complexity thinking, brain science, and design thinking to create an approach to change management that suits becoming more adaptive.
This course is delivered over 4x half-day (4hr) live sessions by our instructors.
On completion of this workshop, attendees receive the Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) certification from the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile), as well as the Lean Change Explorer badge from the Lean Change Management Association.
As change agents and agile practitioners, we are always looking for new approaches to facilitate meaningful change, especially in today's fast-paced environment.
Lean Change Management is a people-centered feedback-driven approach to change that merges effective practices from agile development, change management, and organization design wrapped in lean start-up thinking.
This workshop is based on the Lean Change Management framework developed by Jason Little, and is designed for everyone looking to facilitate meaningful and long-lasting change in their organisation. This workshop covers the learning objectives for ICAgile's Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) certificate.
