Want to experience theory and practice in small chunks, reflect on inspiring stories, and work through fun games and team exercises?

In our interactive full day workshop we will explore these important questions:

  • How can we motivate our team and colleagues?
  • How can we create structures for more autonomous teams?
  • How can we improve teamwork and team collaboration?
  • How can we build a team culture that embraces experiments?

It’s all about collaborating to find the most efficient and engaging way for an organization and/or a team to achieve its goals while constantly prioritizing a flourishing, happy, innovative work environment. The 1-day Agile Inspired Team Practices is a highly engaging learning workshop with the sole focus to inspire and give tools for team members and managers to transform their workplaces.

During the workshop, participants will experience theory and practice in small chunks, reflect on inspiring stories, work through fun games and team exercises; and have time for focused group discussions on how to apply the new knowledge back at work. The Agile Inspired Team Practices will weave theory and hands-on teams’ practices together to accomplish a truly engaging, applicable, and experiential learning workshop.

New to Agile and Management 3.0?

Management 3.0 started out as a book of the same name written by leadership guru Jurgen Appelo back in 2010. Since then, Management 3.0 has grown into a global movement with huge popularity in Europe and a growing community in the Americas.

This 1-day Agile Inspired Team Practices workshop is based on the theoretical framework from the book Management 3.0 as well as Snowden’s Cynefin framework. Theory is mixed with the highly valuable games and tools from the 2014 publication #Workout. #Workout is jam-packed with engaging methods and ideas for hands-on experiments.

You will learn the basics of Management 3.0 and how to use these great practices in your team and organization:

  • Delegation Poker
  • Happiness Wall
  • Kudo Cards
  • Moving Motivators
  • Celebration Grid
  • and much more ...

Who should join?

Join this workshop if you are a team leader, scrum master, change agent, a passionate influencer, coach, involved team member, agile developer, manager or HR leader in your organization.

If you want to be a great people leader regardless of title, this workshop is for you! Get inspired to experiment with new tools and practices to support your work and your team colleagues!
