Virtual Coffee: WorkHuman and Future Trends on Employee Engagement

I've spent the last 10 years on 4 continents working with teams to build trust, effective communication and do away with policies that inhibit creative flow. I love all things tech and get excited by the words 'digital' and 'disruptive'.

MY THREE IDEAS:

1) Everyone should be trusted to get their work done (why else did you hire them?)

2) Policies should be replaced with guidelines (times change quickly - continuous improvement is essential!)

3) Practicing good communication and trust should be everyones 1st priority - otherwise life is just a bummer :(

Basically, I'm on a mission to support 1,000,000 workplaces to be more digital, more human and more fun.
