Coaching Agile Transitions with LCM (ICP-CAT)

This remote workshop of Agile Transitions Coaching with Lean Change Management (ICP-CAT) is accredited by ICAgile and is designed to teach participants how to use Lean Change Management to carry out an Organizational Transformation with agility.

It consists of 4 remote sessions with the facilitator and the group to obtain the ICAgile ICP-CAT certification.

To receive official certificates, participants must attend all sessions remotely, with the camera on.

All group sessions are 4 hours long (including breaks) and are given through Zoom.

Some pre-work will be send in advance to the first session!

No previous experience is required (although it is useful to have some experience in an Agile and/or Change Management environment).

We'll make intensive use of Miro.
