Your team is now distributed. And it is a time of emergency.
And there are a lot of uncertainties: changes in organizing, from co-located to remote, difficulties both in business and the personal lives of people.
How to help people get things done in this situation? And how to help people stay positive and focus on the work as well, in addition to adjusting to this challenging time, with the focus they can spare?
What to take into account? How to make sure that work works? How do I lead myself and others?
We will explore tools and practices and help you set up practical experiments that fit your own challenges right now.
is a training for leaders and change agents like you, whether you are a manager or an expert looking to make a positive impact.
In the training, you will:
The training has built-in customisation features so that it is adapted to the interests of participants by default.
It is for you, who want to learn more about leading remote teams, and learning more about leading towards the culture of new work.
Whether you are a team lead, manager, leader, small business owner or an executive, scrum master or a product owner, a product manager or project manager, or even a specialist with some leadership responsibilities.
We have taken a long hard look at the recently published Management 3.0 Fundamentals Online Workshop. And we've reflected on our own experiences with facilitating Management 3.0 and the Future of Work Leadership trainings.
And we've distilled all that wisdom into one training to rule them all!
The workshop will consist of 10 hours of remote interactive workshops. In addition to that, you will receive material and exercises to improve in your daily work and take what you learn in the workshop into practice.
There will be 4 remote workshops, 2.5 hours each, one per week. The week between the sessions is for you to deepen your learning through our exercises and take it to practice in small ways through your own experiments at work.
You will start your learning journey with an interview with our coach, Antti Kirjavainen.
You will have the option of continuing with personal coaching or a coaching group after the workshop.
As a playful and kind seeker of wisdom I promote appreciation of people, nature and healthy relationships between them.
I'm a an entrepreneur at Flowa. I help teams and organisations achieve effectiveness and meaningfulness in creative and knowledge work through agile, lean thinking and Management 3.0. For the past 6 years, I have extensive experience in organizing remote work as our own company is a remote-first one.
The workshop consists of four themes and seven modules:
2. Culture of Trust and Mutual Support
3. Motivation, Meaning and Shared Purpose
4. Freedom and Responsibility
5. Responsive Organisation
6. Transparency and Visual Management
7. Remote Meetings and Working Together Online
In contrast to many other consultants I have met before, Antti has a remarkable way to influence and coach without being pushy. He is an empathic, kind person with heaps of knowledge.
