Your team is now distributed. And it is a time of emergency.

And there are a lot of uncertainties: changes in organizing, from co-located to remote, difficulties both in business and the personal lives of people.

How to help people get things done in this situation? And how to help people stay positive and focus on the work as well, in addition to adjusting to this challenging time, with the focus they can spare?

What to take into account? How to make sure that work works? How do I lead myself and others?

We will explore tools and practices and help you set up practical experiments that fit your own challenges right now.

Responsive Remote Teams Leadership Training

is a training for leaders and change agents like you, whether you are a manager or an expert looking to make a positive impact.

In the training, you will:

  • learn and explore topics together with other people enthusiastic about the same topics
  • take your learnings into the everyday work through experiments and improvement initiatives you come up with the support of your learning peers
  • reflect together with other participants to learn about both your and their experiments and to design even better suited experiments to continue your learning and improvement journey

The training has built-in customisation features so that it is adapted to the interests of participants by default.

For Whom?

It is for you, who want to learn more about leading remote teams, and learning more about leading towards the culture of new work.

Whether you are a team lead, manager, leader, small business owner or an executive, scrum master or a product owner, a product manager or project manager, or even a specialist with some leadership responsibilities.

The Best of Both Worlds

We have taken a long hard look at the recently published Management 3.0 Fundamentals Online Workshop. And we've reflected on our own experiences with facilitating Management 3.0 and the Future of Work Leadership trainings.

And we've distilled all that wisdom into one training to rule them all!

Our Training Format

The workshop will consist of 10 hours of remote interactive workshops. In addition to that, you will receive material and exercises to improve in your daily work and take what you learn in the workshop into practice.

There will be 4 remote workshops, 2.5 hours each, one per week. The week between the sessions is for you to deepen your learning through our exercises and take it to practice in small ways through your own experiments at work.

You will start your learning journey with an interview with our coach, Antti Kirjavainen.

You will have the option of continuing with personal coaching or a coaching group after the workshop.

What you will learn in our workshop

  • How to involve everyone in improving how the work works?
  • How to manage the larger system instead of micromanaging people and teams?
  • How to co-create better practices for remote work and meetings?
  • How does complexity thinking help with dealing with uncertainty, difficult times and becoming more adaptable? And how to apply it in practice?
  • What motivates people and how to discuss motivation? How to help people find out what motivates them and others?
  • How to create an environment where people are proactive about their freedom and responsibility?
  • How to communicate better in remote teams? How to have better remote meetings?
  • How to grow a culture of beneficial feedback into your team or organization?
  • How to build a practical culture of experimentation and learning?
